Our stay went flawlessly! This beautiful beach home had something for everyone from baby to teens to adults. It was also very clean and organized. This house had everything from beach toys, floats/baby float, kayak, canopy and beach chairs. Our favorite part was the backyard. From swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock (catch and release) and experiencing the bioluminescence in the canal while kayaking. The rocket launches from NASA were visible from the house as well. Best family vacation, this will continue to be our first pick when staying in Cocoa Beach.

The place was awesome. Recommend bringing a boat. Super close to everything. 

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Everyone had their own personal room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner for a couple nights. Two of the best features of the house is the large pool (which the kids really enjoyed) and the giant deck on the canal. Prime reason why I booked this house is because we can dock our 2 jet skis here and the Banana River is in the backyard. We really enjoyed our stay, kids were catching fish from the canal. I definitely return and recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood but close to all things Cocoa Beach! Very clean and comfortable for the whole family! We enjoyed watching the manatees from the dock.

We take an annual dog vacation; the only requirements are a clean home and enclosed pool. This was a terrific spot, beautiful view and wonderful bird life. We woke every morning to gorgeous bird calls and singing.

House was clean and had plenty of space. Kids loved the pool and dock. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and tools to make meals. 

This was one of our best vacations by far! We slept so peaceful! The sound of the wind and the water made for a great sleep at night! This place was amazing and the area was wonderful. This property had bicycles and after checking out the area I felt safe enough for my teenagers to ride them to the beach. They had a great time riding bicycles around Cocoa Beach. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation. Thank you for having us! 

This property had everything we were looking for. Plenty of space, all the necessities plus some extras. Great location. The river and the pool out back are beautiful. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back patio.

This house has a nice pool, is directly on the Banana River and just a few blocks from the beach. Caught several fish from the dock, and the neighbors were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Easy access, great pool!

We rented this home for our annual girls' trip and we couldn't be happier. It is centrally located in the Cocoa Beach area, so everywhere we went was only minutes away. The house was immaculate, smelled nice, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed plus some, and the back porch with pool and fire pit was wonderful. We have decided to return next year because we were all so pleased. Thank you for sharing this amazing home! 

The view and pool area was very nice and spacious for family gatherings.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. There was 8 of us, 4 kiddos under 8. The layout is great and we never felt on top of each other. Even on our 1 rainy day. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. Deborah was great with communicating and answering all of my questions prior to our stay!

We had a great time at Colt, the views are amazing, it is on a dead end and the river was great for the kids. We all had a great time, near everything.

Great Place We stayed at the Colt cottage for our family vacation, even with three generations, including a 14-month-old, we had plenty of room. We were surprised by how baby friendly the cottage was with a fenced in back yard and a quiet cul-de-sac, it was perfect for kids. The view from the back living room and yard is breathtaking, especially when the tide comes in. We were very pleased with the clean, modern decor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful vacation!!!

Great newly updated beautiful rental property. Bright and cheerful located on a dead-end street. We rented paddle boards and a kayak for even more fun. Enjoyed our week in this gem!
